| Largest Sikhism Resource | This website is a useful website for both teachers and students. It would be a great resource for both to visit. It is also a great addition to the grade 11 World Religions course because this particular website provides information about Sikhism and a number of related links with useful quotations, articles and both audio and visual resources for the classroom. It also works to clarify the teachings of the Great Gurus in respect to what they practiced, how they practiced it and how they educate others about their religion. This website would be a wonderful addition because it not only educates us on the fundamentals of Sikhism but it also provides contemporary issues which arise within the Sikh community.–Diana Santapaga |

| The Sikh-Catholic Dialogue sponsored by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) represents the first yearly bilateral dialogue between the two religious communities. Launched in 2006, participants have discussed topics such as the nature of God, religious freedom in South Asia, the role of suffering in personal faith, and the experience of immigrants in the United States. The Interfaith Committee of the World Sikh Council – America Region is USCCB’s institutional partner in this initiative. 2016 Message to mark the Sikh celebration of Guru Nanak Prakash Diwas

The President of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, His Eminence Jean-Louis Cardinal Tauran, has released the Pontifical Council’s annual message for the Sikh celebration of Guru Nanak Prakash Diwas, which will be celebrated this year on November 14. The message is entitled “Christians and Sikhs: To promote a culture of solidarity and sharing”.
