This position is one of leadership in the spiritual direction, support and faith formation of Nipissing Parry Sound Catholic District School Board personnel and trustees. The Board Chaplaincy Leader will report to the Director of Education, and will be expected to provide a ministry of presence and to assume the role of facilitator/provider of spiritual formation. Other duties will include facilitating celebration through prayer, sacrament and non- Eucharistic liturgies, the provision of spiritual counselling as required, and the maintenance of an effective liaison with the dioceses, the Deanery, local parishes and other personnel and agencies which provide similar services.
