The Virtual Learning Community for Faith Formation (VLCFF) is an Internet distance-learning program to support catchiest and adult faith formation in the Catholic Church. VLCFF is based in Ohio’s Dayton University.
Based upon over twenty years experience in multimedia and distance learning, the VLCFF team now includes dioceses around the world to become a VLCFF partner. The Archdiocese of Toronto is one such partner. Typically, each course costs US$90 unless you are a member of a partner diocese.
The Director of VLCFF is Sr. Angela Ann Zukowski, MHSH who many of you will remember as the keynote speaker of 2013’s When Faith Meets Pedagogy conference.
With the new Elementary Religious Education curriculum, many have identified Adult Faith Formation as a pressing need. VLCFF provides several courses that can help teachers develop the background knowledge needed to effectively teach the course. These courses are particularly relevant to Elementary Teachers’ needs.
